What's actually included in the £399 starting price?
The £399 starting price covers a standard residential shoot, typically a set number of internal and external photographs. Drone photography and additional services, such as virtual tours or videography, are quoted separately based on the property and your requirements. We’ll always confirm the full scope and cost before booking, so there are no surprises once the shoot is complete.
How long does a shoot take, and do I need to be there?
Most property shoots take between one and two hours, depending on the size of the property and the services booked. You’re welcome to be there, though it’s not essential. Many clients prefer to leave us to it and view the property afterwards through the final images and footage we deliver.
How quickly will I get my photos and video back?
We work to achieve fast turnaround times because we know agents need content pushed live quickly. Photography is typically delivered first, with video following once editing is complete. Exact timescales depend on the scope of your shoot, but we’ll confirm a clear delivery date when you book, so you always know what to expect.
Are your drone pilots properly certified?
Yes, all our drone photography and videography is carried out by fully CAA-certified pilots, so you can be confident every aerial shoot is compliant and safe. If your property would benefit from drone footage, just let us know when booking, and we’ll build it into the shoot alongside your photography or video.
Do you only work with estate agents, or can I book directly as a private seller?
Not at all. While we work closely with estate agents, we also shoot directly for private sellers, landlords, developers, and homeowners looking to sell or let independently. Whoever you are, the process is the same: high-quality photography and video designed to make your property stand out and attract the right interest.
Do you only cover Dorset, or will you travel further afield?
We’re based in Dorset and cover the surrounding region as standard, including Bournemouth, Poole, and the wider south coast. We’re also happy to travel further afield for the right project, wherever it’s based. If you’re outside our usual area, simply get in touch, and we’ll confirm whether we can support your shoot.
What happens if it's raining or overcast on the day of my shoot?
We carefully plan around the weather, particularly for drone and exterior photography. If conditions on the day aren’t suitable for producing safe, high-quality results, we’ll reschedule rather than compromise the final images. We monitor forecasts closely in the lead-up to your shoot and will keep you informed at all times.
What file formats will I receive, and can I use them on Rightmove and social media?
You’ll receive high-resolution images and video files suitable for Rightmove, Zoopla, your website, and social media, with no restrictions on how you use them for marketing your property. We deliver everything in the formats you need, ready to use straight away, so there’s no extra editing or conversion required before your listing goes live.
Is professional photography worth it for a smaller property, or just larger ones?
Professional photography makes a real difference at every price point. A smaller flat photographed well can compete with larger properties for attention online, because buyers respond to quality images regardless of square footage. We tailor each shoot to the property in front of us, whatever its size, location, or value.
What if I'm not happy with the final photos or footage?
We work closely with you throughout the shoot to ensure we’re capturing what matters most about the property, keeping surprises to a minimum. If something genuinely isn’t right once you see the final images, talk to us directly and we’ll work with you to put it right straight away.
