Bold Media Agency were invited by Craig at Unique Group to produce a promotional video showcasing an innovative, AI-powered traffic light system recently installed at the prestigious Parkstone Golf Club.
Known as one of the top golf courses in the UK, Parkstone required a discreet yet high-impact solution to improve safety around its 18th tee and adjacent practice facilities. Our goal was to create a video that not only highlighted the cutting-edge technology behind the system but also matched the elegance and reputation of the venue itself.
At the heart of the project was a sophisticated combination of Axis industry-leading cameras and intelligent object analytics, all designed to detect human presence with accuracy and reliability.
The video needed to reflect the seamless automation and refined user experience of the system; an innovation working silently in the background to ensure player safety, without disrupting the flow of the game.
Filming at Parkstone Golf Club presented a unique opportunity and responsibility. As one of the South Coast’s most respected courses, every element of our shoot needed to be unobtrusive, respectful, and polished.
We worked closely with the Unique Group and club staff to plan a production schedule that captured the system in action without disrupting players. Using drones and ground-level videography, we captured the beautiful layout of the course while focusing on the two key locations: the 18th tee and the practice area.
Our team paid special attention to lighting, camera positioning, and timing, ensuring the footage clearly demonstrated how the system activates and resets, all while maintaining a premium visual aesthetic to reflect the club’s standing.
From the tee box to the green, we highlighted how players could enjoy their round, unaware of the smart technology working silently behind the scenes.
The finished video is sleek, informative, and captures the prestige of Parkstone Golf Club. We brought the story to life by combining cinematic visuals with crisp motion graphics and concise, on-screen text to explain how the system functions.
Viewers are taken on a clear journey, from the moment a player steps onto the tee, to the automated lighting changes, and finally to the environmental considerations built into the system.
